Stay in your third world country, why not immigrate to Israel say you're a Iranian Jew!

No

If you are rich, then it will be easy. You just have to apply to the immigration department with documentary evidence that you have sufficient means to generate an income from outside of Cyprus which will support you here.

Otherwise, it will not be easy at all. If somebody wishes to employ you and applies for work and residence permits, then you will be able to work here for a few years. The official policy is not to give foreigners visas for more than five years. In order to get a work permit, a potential employer has to prove to the authorities that they were unable to find a European Union citizen to do the job. Most foreigners here do jobs like cleaning, serving at petrol stations and looking after farm animals for low pay. I do not know how much freedom they have to change jobs if they have a disagreement with their employer. In any case, you are very unlikely to be able to stay for more than five years. This is not immigration in the full sense, I am afraid.

So did you try Israel? Tell them you're descended from Esther the Jewish queen of the Persian king Xerxes I.
