Sex cafes the new scourge

THE NUMBER of cabarets and artistes has fallen in Cyprus but sex trafficking is managing to find new outlets through bars and even rural coffee shops dubbed ‘sex cafes’

no need to come North :!: :wink:

Now I might believe a lot of things but ... I do not believe GR has been going 'North' for anything! Least of all sex cafes!

These places have existed in the RoC for years. What's new?

There was one on the seafront on the corner of my road in Limassol - poetically named 'SEX BODY SHOP' with handwritten ads in the windows stating they are always looking for 'European Girls' to work for them!

The names of some of these clubs do make me smile. They aren't in the least bit 'subtle'. Another on the road to Dekhelia is just called 'SKIRT' (probably would be more aptly called 'NO SKIRTS')

Hmmm......thats new to me.

Halil might have said Allah-u Ekber or 'Tanri uludur'

'Akbar' would be Arabic.
