if this is actually the case then i dont see why TCs should complain at all? in the end its a win-win situation for TCs, at the expense at the GCs of course but who really cares now right?

You mainlanders should be lobbying the Greek Government to start the development of Nuclear Weapons, this would be such an awesome achievement, no one would fuck with us.

sorry but you should star tdemonstrations about how you want nuclear weapons of unparralelled detruction to be built. How good would this be? Turks wouldn't DARE come into theAegean again, otherwise they just might find Ankara is a pile of dust.

French rigid warnings to Turkey!
from "Politis" newspaper.

France warned Turkey today (02/08/05) that it will exercise pressure for Ankara to recognize the Republic of Cyprus, as a condition for her EU accession negotiations to open up in October.

French Prime Minister Dominique De Vilben clarified in a radiobroadcasting interview that “it is inconceivable for such an accession procedure to begin, with a country that doesn’t recognize every member of the EU, all 25 members.”

“There is a principle which seems to me that needs to be safeguarded, and France will make it clear to Turkey, as well as to the other EU members, during our upcomming meetings,” he added.

Asked to comment whether it will be possible for the EU not to open Turkey’s accession negotiations on the 3rd of October, Mr. De Vilben stressed, “but of course, I think these issues should be made clear.”

If Turkey recognizes the Greek Cypriot admininstration as it is, what will be left to solve in Cyprus? Wouldnt that mean a complete capitulation for TCs and Turkey?

What do you mean by "as it is?"

Capitulation to what?
Is RoC occupying parts of Turkey and therefore Turkey will now have to capitulate and accept these areas as parts of Cyprus?
