Shifting Balance ???

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Bananiot » Mon Jun 07, 2010 11:51 am

The only confrontation that will take place is inside your brain GR. No ammunition needed here, just a loony house to put you in. Sorry, but I'd rather see Cyprus remain divided and the people living happily than wish war on my worse enemy. Anyway, it is a silly notion anyway, that reminds me of a very good for the occasion Cypriot saying which I will not spell out due to shyness.

Turkey attacked Israeli forces and we didn't even hear about it???

You must get all the news like two days before they happen!

Bananiot said you are a luny and that he prefers a divided Cyprus!

What do you say?

Yes GR, Turkey exploited the peace mission and then attacked the IDF in order to grandstand on the world stage and polarize the region for her own purposes! This is how they operate.

Just make it easy on yourself!

Stop wasting your time and leave gracefully.

YFred is a valuable repository of Cypriot phrases of old. He should be declared a living national treasure and his words recorded for academics of the future. Calling someone a "tsillarka" is a straight out of the 50s.

 Just because you've been away for ages and haven't heard the word since EOKA, doesn’t mean that it has stopped being used!
