A little bird told me that Oracle and Gasman might also attend the next meet (yet to be arranged).





I think An annual meet is fine embellished with an odd special gathering - perhaps towards Christmas.

We will have to await the return of the birthday boy to return from his 'World' cruise to set the next date up. Unless Malapapa takes over the reins!!

As far as I am concerned the Med is the 'whole world' where I am concerned.

Watch out for those 'pirates'.

The clipper reminds me of the 'REVELL' model I put together in the 1960's. It took me a whole week to paint assemble. Dont forget your sea-legs.

We sail on 17th back on 29th Aug so we won't be away on the actual day. I'm not a very good sailor, was regularly sick when I worked on the boats but I'm told we don't sail if its too rough. Pills never worked for me, they simply reminded me to be sick.

I called Jerry when I got to Camden to let him know I was on my way....told him it was TC and that I was waiting for the bus.....

I got there about 20-30 minutes later, sat down and we all started talking...waiter asked if we wanted to order, since DT was also on his way we declined and decided to wait....we got impatient after a while and started on the meze....they asked if we wanted to wait for DT before bringing the main course and we said yes....then we all got suspicious....Jerry kept trying to call him but he wouldn't answer his phone....the last he'd hear of him he was on his way on the bus....we thought perhaps some one from the forum tried to stitch us up...so Jerry passes me his phone so I can have a look at the last received call....it was my own number!!!

It was me who Jerry had spoken to...he thought I said DT....

At least you have a "T" in common!
