don't insult our intelligence. Where the hell do you propose you are going to get a balanced account? From the "objective" activists! I don't bloody well think so.

But video footage does not lie. Some footage was also released from the MAVI and we saw the activists preparing themselves for their little fight against the IDF.

We saw the beatings. They might as well have tattooed "Please Shoot Me" on their foreheads!

I hate to say this but I hope Solomou hears what you say. (RIP).

How many TCs have tried to justify the murder of Solomou?

The murder of Solomou is very differant to Israel enforcing sanctions against the Strip Deniz! The vessels were boarded by the IDF who had no intention of killing anyone but had every intention of enforcing the sanctions. Very differant scenario don't you think?

FFS Paphitis, it was YOU spewing the Oz sea patrols etc; how hucking relevant was that?

Forget the TCs who try to justify murder. The have a different agenda.

That was very relevant!

The IDF only did what Australia does daily. Now, there probably are some International Laws which have been violated, but that is not exactly what I am talking about!

It seems you have read a lot (not necessarily understanding ) but can YOU tell me if the Embargo on Gaza was LEGAL?

No Deniz. I do not believe the embargo on the Strip is legal and I certainly do not agree with it. But that is besides the point.

Israel is most certainly justified in wanting to ensure arms and other building materials do not enter into the Gaza Strip, only because it is practically almost at war with HAMAS!

Thaks Bafidis. Thats all I wanted to hear.

Pushdo Bafidobullo seems to forget Peres's comment about the Blockade and the fact that he was going to put the Palestinians on a diet.

This blockade has nothing to do weapons. Even cement is not allowed.
I wish our GC cousins would stop excusing the Israelis. It gives us no confidence in their sincerity for peaceful coexistence never mind unity.

Turkish post-mortem examinations found all nine of the dead had been shot, some at close range.

The dead include a 19-year-old Turkish citizen with an American passport - hit by four bullets in the head and one in the chest - and a national taekwondo athlete, Turkish media say.

Swedish author Henning Mankell, who was aboard one of the ships in the flotilla, has dismissed the idea that weapons were being carried by the activists.

"On the ship I was on, they found one weapon: my razor. And they actually came up and showed it off, my razor, so you see what level this was at," the author of the popular Wallander detective novels told Swedish radio.

Bastards.

Hypocrites. Imagine the reception of a flotilla for the Kurds. Would a single breathing creature be left standing?

Exactly. An armed attach by the Turks on the high seas on a flotilla destined to help the Kurds would be wrong, illegal, an act of piracy. That's just what we've been saying about an armed attach by the Israelis on the high seas on a flotilla destined to help the Palestinians was wrong, illegal, and an act of piracy. Far from being hypocrites we're just saying that consistency, not exceptionalism, is demanded.

For a lawyer, you sure as hell need to have a read of International Maritime Piracy Laws because they do not apply to unilateral military operations. Arrrgh.....
