Damn foolish behaviour by both sides

As I said before - Israel is not a country to mess with... they will always react in this sort of manner AND all they have succeeded in doing is falling into the obvious trap laid by the protestors.

So both sides lose and win-

Israel keeps the embargo in place(win), satisfies the "hawks" in its government and population(win) but through violent action galvanises world opinion against its policies ( lose)

The protestors vastly raise awareness of the gaza issue(win), Create "muslim martyr's"(win ), foolishly created a situation where life was lost(lose) and actually FAIL in delivering any aid which could have been achieved if they took up other options(lose)

As for the palestinians ... lose lose lose

BUT what I'm actually enjoying is the anti-semnites crawling out of the woodwork and spouting shite.

I'm sure if the IDF had greeted them with flowers and chocolates half of these twats would still find an excuse to pour forth their bile

Hell, most ambulance drivers, paramedics, search and rescue teams, aid groups etc are strapping glocks and desert eagles didn't you know??

Give us a break. What a load of hogwash.

In Israil they do.

Deniz, as I have said before. I see no known difference between the Israeli govt and the evil regime of the old South Africa.

Not being one to jump on the anti-israeli bandwagon but this is all complete bollocks.

A Greek and Turkish ship were boarded and 10-19 of their crew murdered in international waters. END OF.

Statement from the Arab League

Secretary General Amr Moussa has called for an emergency meeting at the League's headquarters in Cairo on June 1.

The attack clearly shows Israel's aggressive nature and its disrespect to international and humanitarian rules and laws.

We call on the international community to take immediate steps against Israel, a rogue state that practices all forms of terrorism and piracy, and instigates tension and instability in the region and in the middle of the Mediterranean sea.

Tragic loss of life. I wish though there wasn't this double standard. I mean, so many threads dedicated to this incident and just last week...dozens killed over a sinking of a S. Korean ship but nothing from the contributors of this forum. Why no outrage over that incident?

A semnite is a speelingh ftuck uip :) :) :)

Yes I appreciate there is a difference between anti-semitism and anti-zionism ( a fine line to walk though) but its not easy to differentiate when previous posters add some of the following pearls of wisdom    --

"but it will let the jews know what the rest of humanity thinks about them (PIGS)"

"Israelians are pigs !! "

"killing thos pigs doesnt sound any wrong to me.."

What happened here was an international crime... provoked - but still a crime.............. both sides have blood on there hands

Sad to see some rubbing their hands with glee at the loss of lives - in the hope it might give them an 'edge' with another country turning on Turkey.
