So, first and second both trilled in English.

One of those countries was responsible for the worst Holocaust (Germany) and the other the worst Genocide (Turkey) of the 20th Century.

At least Greece sung in Greek! What a lovely bunch ...

Oh well, at least old miseryguts waited until it was all over to come and chuck her customary bucket of ice cold water over anyone who sounds as if they are enjoying themselves!

Still, it must have been some consolation to you to see Turkey in 2nd place! Even without any votes from Cyprus or Greece!
I bet you got a nice warm fuzzy feeling when you saw them near the top.
