You have no idea of what you are talking about. Instead of looking at the real issue you look at the light side of it, who is rejoicing and who is not rejoicing. That is always very childish.
In this case the issue is the lies certain politicians were telling the people of Cyprus that the Cyprus problem can be solved in court rooms. The courtrooms, in which we invested so much hope, are now telling us that the obvious, that the world is not what we see only.
Also, the lies of the type "why hurry to solve it now when in one week we will be a full member of the EU and we can have a European solution" point out to politically illiterate politicians that could not foresee the detrimental effect of time on the Cyprob.
And, B25 dreams about thousands of refugees taking to the road, as if they cared. They have made another life elsewhere and many will not return even if a good solution is signed tomorrow. Their children certainly will not return. This is the penalty we pay for ignoring the time factor.
