Tim Drayton: CF wants you back NOW and can prove it.

Dear Tim, I didn't often engage directly with you, I disagreed with you on occasion, but I always found your contributions articulate, intelligent, informative and honourable.

For me, the CF Cyprus problem section is diminished by your absence. I believe the vast majority of CF members would agree. This poll will prove it and, if it does, please do us the honour and deprive us of your presence no further.

Tim is too fragile. He should not attack others if he doesn't want to be attacked. If you can't take the heat get out of the kitchen ;)

I will resist saying perhaps there's still hope for you then, as this thread is devoted to Timothy, which means "God's honour".

Every hero has a flaw and if Tim's happens to be fragility, that makes him all the more noble.

You are confusing him with Asil Nadir. His name was noble and as it happens very fragile.

Too little too late my friend.

Timbo is a great guy and a very valuable member of the CyProb section who should return once he’s had his break… like we all need every now and then.

I missed whatever happened but I agree with the above. Analysts who walk a straight and well-informed line on the Cyprob are few and far between. Come back when you're ready, Tim. :)

Thanks very much to the two sourpusses who voted 'No'. This will ensure even more decent folk come out of the woodwork and show solidarity with Tim.
