If Cyprus liberates herself through sacrifice she will have also pissed on this “ruling” and any other illegal stupidity declared in the past…

A 24 hour operation to secure the shores of Cyprus and I’d like to see this “mighty” Turkey attempt to land on our soil again...

If it's as quick as that, what the hell are you waiting for Christmas to catch them by surprise? You'll find unlike you, they don't believe in father christmas.

Lets be honest here - 35 years have been and gone, why have you waited until now?
Every single plan put forward has been rejected.
would this "operation" also cleanse Cyprus of Turkish speaking Cypriots?

this kind of irrational lunacy would do nothing more than gift the whole of Cyprus to the Turks - forever full stop.
You clearly do not understand the idea or importance of Air superiority to any action.
you are advocating a bloodbath of Youth, nothing more

Is there some misunderstanding here? The ruling remains that the land or property still stays with the legal owner but you cannot claim compensation for loss of your home if you did not live there. So basically this means that if you were left property but you did not live there you cannot claim compensation under Article 8. However this does not effect ownership.

You are wrong mate. ECHR has absolutely nothing to do with cases of trespassing on private property within the territory of Republic of Cyprus. So obviously you misunderstood.

Beyond that we all know what is the one and only way to liberate Cyprus. Whatever we do until then will be just to ease the problems of our refugees, not permanently solve the problem of Turkish aggression and expansionism against our island.

Tell us, once again Piratis, what is the one and only way to liberate our island? Perhaps you can once again reveal to the aggressor that anything we engage in at the moment is just a smokescreen to gain time until the balance of power changes and we strike hard at the enemy. In the meantime, if the aggressor takes heed of your revelations, should we anticipate a preemptive attack? Or, are the stupid Turks not capable of understanding such advance intelligence?

Piratis, you are a joke!

You are the joke mate. You think that Cyprus can be liberated with negotiations under the current balance of power? When was the last time in history that such thing happened? Never.

On the other hand the balance of power does change. Alliances shift, interests change.

A "preemptive " attack will have no benefit for the Turks. It will only awaken the Cypriot people and make them more willing to fight when the times comes. As I said Cyprus will not be liberated with a one-on-one war against Turkey. Cyprus will never be more powerful than Turkey. In the same way the Greeks were never more powerful than the whole Ottoman empire, and the Latvians were never more powerful than the Russians (just a few examples of the many). What changes is the balance of power in the international arena, so a "preemptive" attack of the Turks will have no effect whatsoever.

As I said this is the only way for Cyprus to be liberated. It is not going to happen tomorrow and it might take a lot of time. The important thing is for us to be ready when that time comes and to concentrate our efforts on helping such thing to happen faster. (e.g. by blocking Turkey from EU and secretly financing the PKK)

If you have an alternative that will liberate Cyprus faster then please tell me. So far the only thing that you propose is even worst than what we have now: An official territorial division of our island in Greek and Turkish parts (i.e. partition), abolishing democracy and giving Turkey the power to control the whole of Cyprus through her well known puppets on the island.
