texting and driving is lame... drinking and driving is better if you wanna cause more damage

but what happens if your drinking, say, a can of coke while driving? can you get done for drinking and driving? it's not very specific...

can someone put it to the test by drinking a bottle of vodka and driving, and drinking a bottle of coke and driving and see which does more damage?
