My doctor friend told me that, after Green Monday, they get very busy in the hospitals with Cypriots who have overindulged and gorged themselves on too much meat after fasting for weeks. It can, apparently, make them very ill (but they do it anyway!)

Thats why we do not eat Pork.

In our Cypriot household the food (now) is mainly vegetarian orientated with a bit of meat for the fatties. Plenty of fish and chicken though.

Just remembered , in the village we also had chicken and rabit too. but only on very special occasions.

 Deniz!

You can add strawberry cheesecake and some bio yoghourt to mine now - I 'graze' instead of eating at set times.

Thanks for that. I did not expect you to tease me. My fav cheesecake used to be apple and cinnamon or (2nd best Rasberry).

Today however it was none of them .
I just forced down some Leek and Potato Soup/Baxters.

I will finish off the apricots and loquats.

:? :?

I wonder if Oracle had Ratatuillie for breakfast again? Not very Cypriot but it must be the French influence.
