GOOD LUNCH EVERYBODY

Feel free to talk about anything that you want.

Apparently they don't wrap it in anything. Most popular veggie version is sold frozen in slices and ready to microwave.

Sounds about as much like a Haggis as Alcohol Free Lager sounds like lager. Why bother?

I don't understand why veggies want to eat stuff that 'looks' like the stuff they won't eat! Nut cutlets and fake bangers and imitation bacon and all that.

This is my only regular encounter with Haggis these days:

Great fun and for those who have never seen a Haggis - all will be revealed!

I was quite near the mark with the old stockings lol!

How to make a Fake Haggis:

Things You'll Need:

* Upholstery foam, spray paint for foam, polyester batting, a knee-high nylon stocking, Coat'N'Sculpt or thick white glue.

Well it was true. Oracle was correct.

Pre-1963, in the village once in a blue moon our neighbour Kokos would announce if anyone wanted meat, then he would announce that he would be slaughtering a lamb or goat. This was for the muslim religious festivals(twice a year). I dreaded the times he would slaughter a pig though. I had to stuff my ears with bubble gum.

Our dishes were mainly vegetarian. Thats why we were all slim.

NB: In winter months, my grand mother would trap sparrows in our grain store room and feed us 'meat'. (once or twice a year it was Ambelopoullia)

Salted fish and renga (smoked kippers) Hmmm lovely jubbly.

I don't disbelieve it Deniz. I said I was surprised to hear it. Considering how much meat they pack away in such huge quantities nowadays. Souvla everywhere! And Butcher shops everywhere!

My doctor friend told me that, after Green Monday, they get very busy in the hospitals with Cypriots who have overindulged and gorged themselves on too much meat after fasting for weeks. It can, apparently, make them very ill (but they do it anyway!)

What will you do if the chemist runs out of the little blue pills then?

Who on the form likes Satisfaction by the who?

Bir, if you eat cellery, egg and carrot, you actually use more energy to digest it then their callorfic value. Bread is bad news.
Cut your portions little each day and exercise. The first 20 minutes does not count. The heart rate has to be at a certain speed. Consult a personal trainer.
