If it is roasted I agree. Lovely and crackling.

If it is battered NO WAY is it the best part.

So how is the POPEYE'S chuck prepared?

im not sure, but its something they only have in america as far as i know.. but its very similar to kfc.. thats what i order instead, we have one right next to my University down town.. but your right its supposed to be bad for you, or os i hear the skin

Lunch for me was, cold imam bayildi with lebanese pitta for starters and fassolia with carrots with plenty of home made olive oil and an onion. The best meal ever, well almost, louvi with lakhana is hard to beat. :)

See, this is why I tell everyone the Mediterranean diet is akin to vegetarian and has only been contaminated recently due to these meat loving Brits!
