Technically you can stay with a residents permit. I know of at least one GC that permanently lives in Kyrenia.

I think you will find a fair number of GCs living in the Karpas.

These living in Karpas is something different -they have never moved.
I am trying to understand how things ae working in Norh
if i declare that i recognize the "STATE" in North and its authorities can then be allowed to come and stay permanetly or for 6 months there? (having a ROC id already). Can i follow the same rules/procedures like a British who likes to stay North?

I think the reply is no and I can not understand on what basis T/cs demanding and having the vice versa status in South.Of course ROC trying to keep its establishment treaty in force but on what grounds T/cs requesting this - Do they also respect the treaty?

And there was me offering you my house to stay in for free. You should be ashamed of yourself.

All you have to do is cross over to Trakya - Turkey and come over from there. You can stay as long as you like no questions asked.
