Panasonic definately the best make. My neighbour did a bit of research on what to buy, apparently Panasonic are the only major manufacturer that makes all its own components. I've also got an LG, it's crap!

Panasonic is very good value. Panasonic bought all the plasma technology from Pioneer from what I understand. When you buy a $2800 (AUD) Panasonic you are getting a $6,000 (AUD) Pioneer Kuro. The 3D Panasonics are not out here in Australia yet. They should be good .
