Why does everyone want to enslave us?

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

AMEN to that.

Not as bad now as it was a while back but still totally inappropriate. As I recall, O was pulled up by the mods for spamming the forum with her GREEK shite.

I doubt she would have calmed it down had Greece not gone down the crapper.

Really? I missed that  What happened to free speech. Fancy that; foul language allowed by moderators and free speech is not. Thats the way to go. Hucking fell.

Where did it fall? I hope it was not anywhere near you know where?

So who the hell told you that if something is found unconstitutional an entire state is dissolved?

I never said it must - though that doesn't mean it mustn't until a well functioning solution can be implemented. We are in no-mans land as a political situation with Cyprus and it is far from a template of 1st world democracies.

Legally Turkey is occupying territory of a sovereign nation. The democracy in the Republic of Cyprus is working perfectly. The occupation regime in the north however is a different story.

What kind of stupidity is that than. If the occupied territories are part of the roc and the democracy is not ok there how can you say the democracy is ok in roc? Perhaps you are resigned to the legitimacy of the TRNC and no longer include it in your roc.

Having seen your democracy in operation during the Annan vote, I do believe you know exactly what you can do with it. Shove it up where the sun don't shine as it were, what?

Hey YFred, you want a funny conundrum for this argument.
GCs wanted Enosis - the 1 man 1 vote scenario with Cyprus an integral part of Greece. Now GCs don't want it.
Seriously if one takes a moment before jumping to the quick conclusions or instinctively defensive and instead ponder about the implications.
It should mean many things to many people depending on where they sit and their loyalties lie.
Taking the high ground about "equality" when there really isn't one in the context of Cyprus.
