Hi Bir,

It is on our list of places to visit. We would like to put aside 4-6 weeks to make the trip, and when we do, you and few others from the forum will be first to know, as well as few friends I have living there.!

You have few other friends?

How come you never asked Bir what's for dinner then?

Bush-tucker Kleftiko, what else?

Just look at the menu in my post to Kikapu above, and dribble man,dribble...

what?...no fish and chips and tinnies?...

I will save that for when you come for dinner...Meat pies, fish and chips, lamb chops with 3 vegs...And you can bring the tinnies...

I hope you realise that the 3 veg have to be the right ones. 2 domates and 1 hiyar.
He would like that.

it sounds you have it often... ...coz i am a fish and chips kind of a guy?...

No look here old chap. Bir is giving you 3 veg. You know it's good for you, so stop being childish.

i thank bir for his hospitality, its just that when you described the veg arrangement, you sounded turned on...

but as a not a veg kind of kind i am gonna opt and search for something else within the banquet...

Bet you cant make fasulya yahni with lamb as good as my wife does.

Right, can you get her to post the recipe here,please...???? I'd like to start practising.... :)

It will cost ya!!!

All these years I resisted travelling to Oz (in-laws). I thought I'd get bored. Seeing that Boomers Umit 007.5, Bir and Paphitis are all out there, I think I will hire a 'bus' and make that trip. (airports closed again).
