Hi Bir,

It is on our list of places to visit. We would like to put aside 4-6 weeks to make the trip, and when we do, you and few others from the forum will be first to know, as well as few friends I have living there.!

You have few other friends?

How come you never asked Bir what's for dinner then?

Bush-tucker Kleftiko, what else?

That's because UK is so close to Switzerland, by the time you prepare the meal, I can be there for dinner, so it is worth to know what it is that you are cooking, to see if it's worth my while to make the trip.! :P

Besides, Bir wants me to cook him a Leg of Lamb, Cypriot style, which takes about 5 hours to cook. !
