I need to find a trustfull, responsible agency for my apartment to rent.
I dealt with an agency called Berryman Overseas in Larnaca but they did a terrible management of my property and I had to have the tenants evicted; and then had to deal with all the mess myself.
I have tried a few agents sofar but none of them seem to be very motivated or very professional in the way they communicate.
So anybody has any tips for a letting agent with commitment and with online advertisement possibility? They have to have a branch in Paralimni area or nearby,
