It’s an oldish story now, but the idea was to fly directly to Cyprus but instead... these fools flew directly into receivership!

They would have been one of the candidates to have been served with a trespassing lawsuit for using Ercan, I'm sure, based on the Orams ruling.!

I think it’s those fools who took on the British Civil Aviation at the English High Court and screwed up!

They were only trying to tell the High Court that the BCA (CAA) had gotten the interpretations of the Chicago Convention all wrong, and that they were going to educate the court with the real interpretations of the Chicago Convention.!

“The embassy and I want to stay on the serious side of things and not engage in gossip about mini-bar or phone call expenses.”

I would be very happy to pay the bill, as long as I get an itemised list of all the phone numbers Talat made from his hotel room to see how many were made to 900 numbers, if any.?

I really couldn't give a shit if Turkish airlines are facing bankruptcy ............... anything that would drive the Turks out of Cyprus is a welcome outcome ....... however we know Turkey is rich when it comes to armed forces .... let the rest starve so long as the generals party on in Cyprus.
