Haven't you heard, new legislation will require them to have adivision permit with the planning permit.

Deeds should come through much faster.

I am guessing planning has not yet been applied for, i wonder how long it will take for it to be passed, on a project of such a scale.

Good luck to them though. cyprus needs this type of investments, shows confidence in the country.
