Oh no.Not that recent. It has been heading that way since being made the Island's Capital under the Eastern Roman Empire in 963 AD.

What amazes me is is that 30% of the apartments have already been sold,
I mean how the fu**?

Alot of people with some serious money investing in Limassol and the foundations haven't even been laid yet?
Do they know something we don't?
