Well you are very honest, respect to you for that, but one I cant see it happening and two it would have to 10 times the estimated value becuse a few skyscrapers wont transform Lim, its would take a hell of alot more than that.
Take Dubai for example, The art work that has gone into the country covers a massive scale and it simply cant be beaten.....

Assuming it's still there that unfinished white elephant has been there for years. I think they run out of money.

If it is the one just off Omonias/FDR at the new port lights, yes it is still abit Skeletal.

As for new one, by the Zoo, the land has been acquired already and there have been a lot of stories about what is planned: as for planning permission, what's that? Just blook at all of the buildings that have gone up in breach of zoning rules, including that Big Blue one in big Nik that should have been anm Hotel.....

Some gossip has it that the ground might be a bit a iffy and given a decent quake the whole thing will drop like a pack of cards....

Yes it would be great but its such a long way off in my opinion Cap.
Cyprus will have to drop their prices first so encourage people into the country to invest to enable this dream to go ahead.
It would be nice to see for sure, will have to wait and see!!
