Turkey: Stop hiding behind the Turkish Cypriots!

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Postby Acikgoz » Tue May 11, 2010 3:14 pm

Kyprianou is a calculating jackass like pretty much most of the GC government as their objective by these regular whinning is a ploy to keep Turkey placing pressure on Turkey to relinquish its protection of TCs.
There is a negotiating method in place that is not successful due to the TCs and GCs not agreeing to the desires of either side.
It is the "squeaky wheel gets the oil" tactic. Saves having to come up with non-populist policies that can see this Cyprus Problem resolved once and for all.
About as useful as the jackass that posted it - sorry Kyprianou to paint you the same colour as Oracle, but if the cap fits your jackass head wear it.

Can you guys ever imagine these headlines on front page news…

“Frustrated with the EU, Turkey takes maters into her own hands!”

…because I can!

The whole operation would be a mix of military maneuvers and political manipulations to bring about the desired results which would ideally be:

1. The 100% liberation of Cyprus and the restoration of RoC authority to all four corners of the island.

2. The partition of Turkey into two… 50 million Turkic Sunni Islamists vs 12 million Kurmanji Kurds.

Not even if you blow up the German and French embassies while Turkish jets are conducting sorties?

You see it’s not a matter of who has more tanks or who has more planes, but who is smarter than the other…

GR, even the Turkish bombs are smarter than you. Still, I suppose we could employ a little Byzantine cunning and paint the ROC F16s with Turkish insignia and say "the Turks dunnit"!

Jerry, I’ll be honest with you… I’m sure you’re a very nice guy but your shrewdness is akin to that of a quadriplegic mouse.

My "niceness" has nothing to do with the issue. Just because you have played "soldiers" in the NG don't assume that that qualifies you as an expert on military matters. If Turkey initiated new hostilities I'm sure that the EU would take some sort of action against them, military or otherwise. However, if the ROC made a move on the north it would be interpreted as an assault on TCs and Turkey. In those circumstances I don't think the ROC would get any support from anyone other than bankrupt Greece. As I said Turkey would never stand for the indignity of being humiliated by the tiny ROC regardless of the cost.

I am not sure whether I should laugh or cry,Jerry...
I really hope the day never comes when some individual as deluded as our GR and Paphidis takes over the reigns of power in the RoC...It is a worry though, that grown up,socially functioning, apparently intelligent people can believe in a "military solution" after our bloody history...Maybe it is true that modern humans have retained a lot of the traits of their Neanderthal ancestors...It seems that some people on this Forum have a greater share of these traits than others...

That’s strange… I could’ve sworn that every 20th of July, the “Turkish Cypriots” (read Turkish cunts) celebrate (military parade included) a “military solution” to their “problems”, but you seem to frown on the idea of the other side having a crack at it…

Maybe you'd like the bloodshed to stop while you’re ahead eh?

Was it not Turkey that has always said that the Cyprus Problem was solved militarily in 1974? So why can't the RoC execute it's sovereign right to self defense?
