It would be a great laughing matter if the combined ineptitude of a Turkish "Homer Simpson" and a Chernobyl-Happy Russian, didn't have potentially devastating environmental consequences.
So, no! I don't think this shows an
alliance of any sort! Instead, it reveals the
desperation of Turkey and the
opportunism of Russia to
dump nuclear waste in Turkey!
