lets just say its better value now than in the last 4 years :) :) :)

There is a lot of "distressed" property on the market.... I know of at least 5 people who have sliced off 30-40% of there original asking price.

I think late 2010 through 2011 will be a good time to buy .

What sort of property are you thinking of ?

we were thinking of 3 bedroom Villa with pool, we have house in UK if we sell will allow us to have smaller house in uk with small mortgage and pay outright for the house in Cyprus. we have dogs to bring over as they have passports should be no problem. thats the idea but we will wait and see, property in Uk is rising again at about 6% pa. see how things pan out. just reading about the break in's in peiya suprised.

Cime is VASTLY lower here ...... don't worry about it

We brought two dogs over..... do it yourself you will save a bomb and its not hard.... cost us £1300ish to bring two staffies via cyprus airways

Agents wanted £1700 per dog !!!!!

expect to pay 275-450k for a 3 bed with pool ( area dependant etc)
