As Copperline have said
"threatening to kill a named individual is a criminal offence"
There is no doubt about it.
Now from what Paphitis said it is not clear we had a threat. Perhaps however we had a prompting/urging of others to "remove the right of Droushiotis to live".
Typical lawyers puzzle, i don't think it will be easy to conclude this case.

Thank God all curses and threats in this forum are from unknwns to unknowns otherwise we would all end up in trouble

I don't think so Pyro.

It was a mere political rant mentioning fire and axe and throwing people into a pit and covering them in lime (unsavory comments but certainly not a clear threat due to the phraseology used)!!! There was no clear and concise threat against anyone, and the authorities will have a tough time trying to prove otherwise if they pursue the matter.

Piratis, we live on an island that has witnessed many political murders in the past. We know who has committed these murders and in whose name they acted. We know the killers and we know their political beliefs. What I do not understand is the support given by so called socialists to extreme right wingers who have the blood on their hand of innocent people, GC and TC. When someone is threatened by these people, even if they are hiding behind pseudonyms, we should stand up and be counted. If you choose to take the side of fascists, like Omirou and Sillouris, you simply paint the picture of yourself we have suspected all the time.

The mass murders in Cyprus of 1000s and 10s of thousands of people at a time were committed by the Turkish invaders. People who collaborate with the invaders are traitors and they deserve to be treated accordingly.

I do not support the murder of any innocents, but the punishment of traitors who are anything but innocent. I support our right to protest against the invaders and their collaborators and demand justice and the liberation of our island.
