The north was never a "TC state". How can it "remain" what it has never been? What you have in the north is just some criminal Turks with guns who are illegally occupying territory which belongs to Republic of Cyprus.

Are you implying the "trnc" has sovereignty?

That private property ownership does not mean country ownership the % does not necessarily equal the other as many GCs claim that we are only entitiled to land proportional to our population % .
