EU boosts rural economy in the northern part of Cyprus

As this specifically mentions 'Turkish Cypriot' farmers in dairy, crop and horticultural production - I take it that means that 'Turkish' settler farmers would not be entitled to claim?

Or would they?

Great to see EU move forward. Will make the argument to justify the blocking of agricultural products due to certificates harder to defend.
