Talking of Skilos, when my GC cousin was introduced to my mother-in-law, Sheila, he said "Ah Sheila, in Greek it means dog". We fell about laughing much to cousin and Sheila's embarrassment. It could have been worse, a more accurate translation would have been bitch.
