Pride is one thing, but when pride crosses the line and becomes a genuine belief in ones ethnic superiority over other 'lesser' cultures, when it affects the way people treat each other, than I believe it is dangerous. No matter whether it's Cypriot, Greek or Turkish Nationalism. But hey that's just my humble opinion.
