How much has been put away for such a scenario.

can someone answer this , is there a law in the roc regarding compulsory purchase ,, can the goverment take a plot of land or a house if it is say, in the middle of a new road build,if so how much would the owner get, would they get the full market value , this has some implacation to this thread for the tc

Yes it can, it happens everywhere in the world. There is a serious condition though for that to apply: The property MUST be used for public purposes. Not for donating to others.

The owner gets compensation at full market value at the date the expropriation was published at the gazette. If he is not found the money go into some special account and he receives interest.
