Property falls down in the "trnc"

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Property falls down in the "trnc"

Postby Jerry » Wed Apr 28, 2010 7:11 pm

Not just the prices but according to ABAG (Amaranta Buyers Action Group) the buildings are falling down too as these pictures in Amaranta Valley show. In the ROC the complainants (CPAG) sue the developers but in the north they sue Turkey: -

Dear North Cyprus Property Victim and believe us there are a few !!!!!!!!!!!

We have a couple more emails running along the same line of questioning so for everyone’s benefit who are unsure of the lawsuit this is an explanation and this is as simplezzzzzz as we can make it after all we are just 3 housewives..... !

The Class Action will be a class of individuals (ABAG) at a case filing cost of $300 (£190) per part thereof that would be protected by the duty of care under the U.S.Alien Tort Law in the Foreign Assistance Act and the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA) that required TURKEY not to use the U.S. arms and equipment in an offensive manner.

OK so here goes........TURKEY , through its military, used military arms and equipment obtained from the United States under the Foreign Assistance Act, that gave rise to a duty of care not to use the U.S. obtained arms and military equipment in an offensive manner which it did when it invaded the Republic of Cyprus in 1974. The use of U.S. military equipment and arms, including but not limited to Tanks, Fighter and Bomber Jets, Military Personnel Carriers, small arms, artillery, uniforms, napalm, bazookas, land mines, Naval Vessels used to transport the TURKISH troops from within TURKEY’S own borders to invade Cyprus in July 1974,
The resulting commercial gain from the development and sale of properties in the North of Cyprus that continues to the present day is a breach of that duty of care arising from the commercial activity in the United States and the United Kingdom by TURKEY and the TRNC.

When TURKEY obtained U.S. military equipment and arms it was under a federal requirement and duty, to use such arms and equipment for defensive purposes only within its borders and not used in an offensive manner. The duty of care extends to any person or property harmed (we have suffered financial terrorism) or injured as a result of the use of U.S. military equipment and arms in an offensive manner by TURKEY in violation of the Foreign Assistance Act.

With the use of the military equipment obtained from the United States used by TURKEY and now the TRNC, the TRNC is actively and illegally engaged in the false advertising, marketing, financing, selling of properties and belongings and has hijacked the entire infrastructure consisting of entire towns, resources, infrastructure, businesses and other assets making up approximately 40% of the northern part of the nation known as Cyprus.
They are actively enjoying commercial gain from this act. For example, REMAX Estate Agents, but to name a few, the HSBC bank and other banks to which we paid our monies located in the U.S. & the U.K. aid, assist and benefit from the fraudulent property schemes of the pseudo state TRNC which seeks to harm and interfere (nicked our monies !) .

The TRNC banking institutions are allegedly conducting money transfers and/or other illegal banking transactions from the TRNC - remember Gary Robb’s and others (who we have evidence of) money transfers, this originates or manifests, directly or indirectly, from Turkey ’s original 1974 action, and is also a concern for terrorism as stated by the U.S. Government.

We now believe that we know why the TRNC placed offices in London and the U.S. and that is so the monies can be sent to these locations as no bank routes/wires go through the TRNC and must be cleared through U.K. or U.S. so when they clear you have the money in the account at the location but you need presence and that is what we think they did.

We can benefit should we be successful under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organisations Act (RICO). This is part of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act (FSIA), the United States law enacted in 1976. The Act enables Foreign States, their political subdivisions, agencies, or instrumentality's to be sued in federal or state courts in the United States

This is the plan and this is why we are going for Turkey and the TRNC as a whole because the TRNC is unrecognised but still a part of Turkey. If it had not been for Turkey’s actions as above, then we wouldn’t have been scammed 30 years later – and to us over the last 4 years working together as ABAG, it’s becoming more and more apparent that we ALL may have unwittingly been subjected to something much larger than simple house buying !

Let's face it for £190 at least it gives you a chance which is more than you will get from the lying cheats in the TRNC itself !!!!!!!

PHEW !!!!!

We usually are mate, but that scummy lot were blinded by promises of sun and sea and endless sex with ageing partners in the heat, led astray by cheap prices and cheaper lawyers, deceived by thieving estate agents, let down by insufficient cautions from the Partitionist GB Foreign and Colonial Office, .... and perhaps most of all, let down by their morals, picked up in the turkish sewer so many of them share.

(Apologies to those of the CarpetBuggers who were genuinely deceived, I know there are one or two that fall in to this cat)

Hey Bill, you are good with words, looking at these pics I reckon "buy one get one free" could boost sales. Can you think of a more applicable translation for BOGOF in this saga.

Just by looking at the pics it would appear some of the houses were build on backfilled ground, totally unsuitable to sustain foundations, subject to erosion... surely the buyers must have been aware of that. Furthermore, routine inspection during the progress of work would certainly reveal the intentions of the "builder" early on & stop construction. Is there any building codes enforced up north? Any "city inspectors" visiting construction sites? No control whatsoever practiced... sounds like wild west to me.
