Property falls down in the "trnc"

How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Indeed they are not.

The recent ruling that solicitors can now be sued for lack of care is a big step forward.

Providing you can find a lawyer here prepared to take on a fellow member of the Bar...

Not impossible... would be a really interesting court setting. A lawyer suing another fellow lawyer... appeal after appeal... this could last for years!

The reason this is such big news is that it always previously was the case that you couldn't find one prepared to do so.

You still have to find one good enough to win your case. Cyprus has so many lawyers - very high ratio of lawyers to population. A lot of whom have qualified but never seen a day in Court.

You'd think there'd be NO delays with so many lawyers.

I would think out of court settlements might be a compromising solution instead of having the "brothers" fighting it out in court...
