Can anybody provide the text of this letter? CTP leader Ferdi Sabit Soyer has said that this letter represents political bankruptcy in that it flies in the face of Eroğlu's stated policy during the elections, and Soyer has said that he himself would gladly append his signature to this letter. There is speculation that Ankara wrote the letter and simply told Eroğlu to sign it. If so, there is substance in Birkibrisli's speculation that, in a Machiavellian ploy, Ankara has seen to it that Eroğlu was elected to continue the process started by Talat because not even the most died in the wool hardliner in the north would vote against a solution brokered by him. Time will tell.

No Tim, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to work it out when you lived it all your life. It seems to me even Erdogan does not understand who votes for Eroglu. He got the wrong people to advise.
