The problem with brits is they they exspect all countries in the eu to be of the same standards legally as the uk , as far as trusting your legal team is concerned,In the uk you could find a house put it in the hands of your legal team ,and have a stuctural survay and no problems,Sadly this cannot be said of all of cyprus .i am sorry but cyprus has shot itself in the foot as far as property is concerned,and brits should not be castagated because they want things done correctly,
