i have tried the obvious, {paps, carefours, orphanidies and E & S} If anyone knows where i can buy this from that would be great.

maybe it was at a smaller supermarket? did you ask the staff there? maybe they stopped selling it or where out of stock when you went to buy some?

Why don't you soak some kitchen paper in oil (olive) and gently wipe your pans?

No need for expensive sprays! :D

If you were in Larnaca, I'd tell you to look in Elomas. Instead, either do what Oracle said, or buy yourself and empty spray bottle and put your own cooking oil in there!! :D

The last time I got one was at Orphanides but why don't you get a spray container (windex type) and fill it will cooking oil and adjust the spray to the fine mist. It is much cheaper and you can have any oil of your choice.

Here in Lca, Metro Supermarket sells both Pam Olive Oil spray and Pam Butter spray. About 4 euros each. When I lived in Limassol, I used to buy it from A&S Supermarket.

As has been suggested many times, I have not the first clue about cooking, but I believe the item under discussion is in fact:

SPRY cooking oil, a brand previously owned by Unilever and now, I think, Princes Manufacturing.
