just had two lovely weeks in the TRNC.the greek cypriots (of which there were many)on shopping trips in lefkosa also seemed to be enjoying themselves mingling with the turkish cypriots and tourists.

It’s just as well they had the Cyprus flag tattooed on their foreheads so you could draw your conclusions…

It wasn’t an observation but cheap propaganda. I’m a local (100% Cypriot) yet I have difficulty telling Greek Cypriots apart from all the Eastern European imports these days when in Ledra street!

i see tourists coming through the gates,i see coaches parked up around lefkosa,i can just about grasp the greek language and i see and hear turkish cypriot shopkeepers greeting their regular greek cypriot shoppers in greek.and very clearly i see the restaurant menus written in turkish and greek
