You are missing the whole point. In fact there are there because there is no extradition order. But to my knowledge TCs have never refused one when they were asked. That is the whole point.

They cannot stop people coming in unless they are officially contacted by Interpol

Don't be silly, can you specify one case where extradition was applied and refused?

http://www.cyprus-forum.com/cyprus21997.html

I think you may be interested in this one before you accuse others of no knowledge, perhaps you can take some of your own advice and stop talking bollox old chap, what?

Even when they cannot extradite for legal reasons, they can have a trial in TRNC.
How much more would you like. Which country does more than that?
Wake up apc FFS we live in 2010.
what will you do when we are 2011? will you change your name?

As I said before, take your own advice, and by the way it's glass houses not to throw stones.
I never claimed TRNC justice system is anything, but to accuse it of being bad without the facts is plain wrong, or in your case flower wrong.

If countries asked for extradition I am sure it would be granted and if it is not granted, they always have a choice of using the TRNC courts. We have the same sytem as the southern lands.
