Of course Mikiko, what you fail to appreciate is the wave of popular opinion to undo this harm. To prevent the continuation of the extinction of the native Hellenic culture of Cyprus, first started by the Brits and now continued by the Turks.

However, as surely as history repeats itself, the Turks have arrived just a little too late to go unchallenged and seal their "bounty".

Why do i need to convince anyone, of my Hellinism, and defend the fact that iam of the lineage that brought Hellenism to the Hellenic island of Cyprus. If anyone is offended by this statement then thats your problem. An Englishman or a Turk, two of the biggest enemies of Cyprus and Hellenism, have been planting their racist seeds for hundreds of years, we as Hellenes have been on this island for THOUSANDS of years and will remain Hellenic. I dont care what was on a stamp during the colonial years, it makes no difference. Your analysis is rather ...interesting. Where does it leave the Cypriots or do we all have be Kalamarades in order to be Cypriots.
So the Greeks are ...superior are they , how many non Greeks to a Greek would it be the same as how many non Turks to one Turk ? That figures !!

It's obvious Miltiades that you have fallen prey to the constant propaganda thats being pumped into the mainstream of Cyprus, The weak minded always fall for the easiest path of persuasion. The perception today and its on all the TV stations in Cyprus is that Turkey and Cyprus are aligned and that the Tc are going against the wishes of the two.......And of course the weak minded fall for this type of propaganda. The Greek population is typically Mediterranean but has a certain Nordic element, as is clear from the occurrences of grey and blue eyes, occasionally along with fair hair. The Dinaric or Armenoid element seems to be a little less marked than it is in the Lebanon, and certainly much less so than it is among the Turkish population, as the few members of which who were seen were strongly Armenoid--this of course is to be expected as it is characteristic of the Turks generally.
