With CyTA providing a PSTN line, how do they give VoIP? Do they supply a seperate VoIP box to connect to the router, or do they swap over the router for one with VoIP capabilties?

Skype is exactly the same. The calls are done through an IP (Internet). Let's just say that your router is the program.
