I would suggest, that if you want to make the evening a success you learn a little about Asian culture and lifestyle if you have not already done so.
Asians, living in Cyprus, and Europeans (I assume you are British) have very different life experiences. It will be an evening of total silence otherwise - something neither of you will want to repeat.
The vast majority of Asians here are Sri Lankan, so:
learn a little about Buddhism, be aware you guest may be vegetarian, learn a little about Si Lanka - things like - what the Civil War was about and between who, be aware that the Presidential Elections took place in March, the Parliamentary Elections earlier this month and that it was New Year this week!
There, a primer in Sri Lanka! Your guest will be flattered by your interest in her country. She may also 'only be a Housemaid' but many are highly educated and will speak Greek, English as well as their native Sinhala or Tamil.
They are also highly moral, so although their English may not be perfect. 'No' still means 'No'. They are a friendly and interesting people and you could have a rewarding relationship, if all works out.
