New Measures to North

Postby Turker » Wed Jul 07, 2004 4:26 pm

EU has decided to take some measures in order to end the isolation of Turkish Cypriots. It inludes a financial support to the projects carried out to adjust to EU standards. And it enables Turks to export their products via sea to EU countries.

What do u think about that? Do u approve?

I approve anything that will help Turkish Cypriots except things that can be used to help the continuation of the occupation and the partition. Therefore the help should be allowed to come throw legal channels only.

Yes It is good that EU takes measures to end the isolation of Turksihcypriots . Ending the isolation of Turksihcypriots means diminishing the Dependance of TCs with Turkey and hopefully will assist in reaching a peace settlement in future!
