Who would’ve imagined this new geopolitical dynamic… that when Iceland stops farting Europe starts flying!

Who can now deny that Iceland is a world power that brought Europe to her knees and without even wasting a dime on nuclear weapons!

If I were the Icelandic government I’d start blackmailing the EU that unless “protection money” is paid the volcanoes will be artificially aggravated to continue farting! 8)

Air travel is so over-rated! Just spent the last two and a half days travelling back to the UK overland from Eastern Europe. A great experience and just as much fun as when inter-railing as a student many years ago. Only issue was the institutionalised opportunism, e.g. ferry companies at the English channel trebling and quadrupling their prices for foot passengers. Met a couple who had flown from Cyprus to Vienna (500 euros each) then driven in a minibus with others from Vienna to Calais (another 500 euros each). Also heard tales of others who were returning from India - costs must be astronomical....... My trip was relatively straightforward - 6 countries, 5 capital cities, 7 trains, 3 underground metros, couple of buses, one ferry and a small amount of walking, met interesting people and had some good laughs. No-one seemed upset or flustered - just a cheery determination to get home.......

I know what you mean. I couldn't understand all the people moaning about being stranded in places like Spain, get a bloody train or a ferry for Christ's sake, its not rocket science!

The only one that matters:

Bismillah

Eshhedu enla illahe illallah wa esshedu enne muhammeden resulallah.

That should suffice, I think. Oh and God bless our Emma.
