It's a matter of one day at a time. When you give up, you begin to think just one will not make that much difference. The trick is to promise your self you will have it but not today. You make yourself the same promise each day for 3 days. After it begins to get easier. I found that extra strong mints and lots of sex helped a lot, preferably not at the same time .
