yes but people know what smoking does to them and still smoke even with the warning on the packs, no one forces us to smoke. so when you get cancer there is no one to blame but the person who is smoking. its not like decades ago when they did not know it was harmfull

Nooooo, it should normaly go back to whatit was before. I gave it up 5 times and succeeded on the fifth, 30 years ago.
There is only one way. Will power. You have to want to give it up. No half hearted stuff I am affraid.

Fred is correct; it's all down to will power. I stopped smoking four months ago and was up to sixty a day; I was smoking for over forty years. Some days I could kill for a cigarette but manage to get by without murdering anyone. Emma it does get easier; the first seventy two hours is the worst so they reckon but I found the first couple of weeks very diificult though gradually it is becoming easier to get through a day without gnawing my fingernails.

felt like a weak person with no power and controled by nicotine SO i wont do it aagain and will go on with my QST
