How can we solve it? (keep it civilized)

Much more than what we pay here in Switzerland, and if we were to adjust the cost of petrol to an average income per person in Europe to those incomes in Turkey, it is almost equivalent for most Europeans paying about 8-10 Euros per LITRE. So how can it be so much cheaper in the north than in Turkey, when the fuel comes from Turkey.?? My guess is, those in the north are not paying too much tax on the fuel, which I'm sure all those Turks in Turkey must love the north for getting cheaper fuel at their expense as well as a lot of Hard Cash. No wonder the 70 million Turks chooses not to buy much from the north or travel to the north for their holidays.!

Well why should you understand this when you seem to miss everything else. Perhaps there is a conspiracy goin on, what?

Thanks for your "highly intellectual" one liner contribution to the topic at hand.!

I just don't know what we would do without you and your "wisdom".!

No, I think it costs more if you want one month. It is a rip off really, considering that you only get third party cover.

25 euro is for a month. That's the minimum you can take out ins for a private vehicle.

As opposed to the disorderly swallowing you usually partake in?

For petrol as cheap as ours, you'd swallow I reckon.

With the quality of the petrol over there and the necessary addittion of Redex everytime you fill your tank...I'd rather pay a little extra than have to buy a new car every so often.

I think you're just about gagging now.

I have been driving the same Suzuki car here for 5 years and have never put any Redex in my tank. My car starts first time every time and returns great fuel economy.
The "rubbish fuel in TRNC" rumour is all part of the myth promoted in the South as it gives you GCs a false sense of comfort and superiority.
Redex is an American product where it enjoys its biggest market. Are you telling me the petrol in USA is rubbish?

I think you are demoralisng my friend DT again. Our refinery isn't as good as theirs obviously? Now there's a nice and comforting thought from our fourstar producing friends.
I don't ever remember anybody ever having any fuel related problems in the north.
Go DT.

That was the whole point. Fuel comes from outside. Who is left behind. Fourstar is known as gas in some parts of the world. Read the comment again, it may make more sense second time.

Trying to cover up your ignorance once again by saying you meant something else?

One of your standard tactics when caught out, what?
