Looking to buy house with some land....

I'm currently looking to buy a house in Limassol, preferably 4 beds in a village location with a minimum of 3,000 sqm of land. Anyone know of any available. Been out looking with an agent this week but nothing suitable so far.

By way of a bump to your post mate/matess ... Two words >>>> Title Deeds, Title Deeds and Title Deeds .... you appreciate how important clean and unencumbered title deeds are? oh that was a lot more than two words.

I know all about title deeds, I already own a house in Limassol and I'm married to a Cypriot and that is what good solicitors are for!
